Privacy policy

Your name, email address and phone number. Your property address and the details you give us about it. Your booking history as the channels report it, and the statements we produce from it.

If you are listing under STRatus we also hold your taxpayer identification number and the bank account the channels should pay into. Both are encrypted, and both are shown only as their last four digits everywhere in this software, including to our own staff.

The bank account you authorize us to debit. That is held by our payment processor and we never see the numbers at all.

STRatus staff, to do the work you have asked us to do. The booking channels, where we enter details on your behalf and with your authorization. Our payment processor, for moving money. Nobody else, and we do not sell anything about you to anyone.

Every time a member of STRatus staff views your full taxpayer number or bank details, it is recorded against their name before the number is shown to them.
