STRatus Stays - management terms (2026-08-19.v2) These are the terms of the management agreement between you and STRatus Stays LLC. 1. Management agreement TODO-TERMS-TEXT - the management agreement has not been written yet. This panel is a working stand-in so the flow around it can be built and tested; it is not a contract and nothing here has been reviewed. The real terms will be added as a new version, and anybody who accepted this placeholder will be asked to accept those instead. Accepting records the version, the date, and the address you accepted from.
Which version applies to you
When you accept these terms we record the version, the date and the address you accepted from, along with a word-for-word copy of what was on your screen. If the terms change we publish a new version rather than editing this one, so what you agreed to stays exactly what you agreed to.
